• Had to re-do the electrical to the breaker box
• actually ordered Item on eBay  new and as of 1/1/06 it is working great  took a while to install because I had tonsils removed

• hung a plasma 43" in a corner thanks to a friend (mike) we got a great deal on the hanger.

  Note: it is in a bucket because the city pulled it out of the ground when the put a side walk in the front of our property

• Installed a plumbing line from the rear of the party building to 6 feet under the driveway.  this was done by Jerry's business. (good friend)

• Built a outside house for tortuses

• removed outside water faucets
• connected old connection into studio
• Drilled into concrete and put in exit linesthis was all done by Jerry's business too  (I don't mess with exit plumbing don't want clogging, lol)

• Jim Built a new cabinet where one once did not stand.
• made from oak plywood and oak trim
• put in garbage disposal and wired

• Removed old tile counters and particle board
• installed new plywood counters
• cut out holes for sink and stovetop
• installed wonder board
• installed black granite tiles
• grouted
• sealed  Jim helped with all of this

• installed a reverse osmosis artesian water filter
• had to install backboard in basement above utility sink
• connected to 10 gallon storage tank
• connect waste line to drain into sink
• it has like 5 filters and a UV light for killing germs
• connected to Refrigerator  Water and Ice
• connected to instant hot under sink

• installed granite sink
• had issues cutting holes (have them do it in the future)
• installed new Garbage disposal (ultra quiet)
• Installed instant hot

• put a light above trampoline 40 foot pole
• wired a few plug ins under dog area leading to tort area up front

• built bathroom walls and wired electrical

• Hired Danny to spend many hours to pour foundation for the US building Shop to be built
• about 20 yards of gravel and 150 80lb bags of concrete.

• put in posts for a future fence around garbage area
• Danny and I spread asphalt to fill in hole made from the plumbing job.
• Spread it around the side of the house for storage

• Installed a hanging backdrop system in studio

• took a bunch of people and moved hot tub off deck
• flattened ground
• move hot tub on ground

• Becca spent days digging out area for grass I just had knee surgery
• Pam and Becca installed flat rocks and cut out grass around them on both sides of the hot tub
