• put a plastic lattice on our deck guiding the dogs to the dog Holding area, this required building a frame for the lattice
• put in lattice gate on deck
• building a holding area to guild dogs from deck into dog area
• removed a section of wire fence into the dog area
• 

• put in the workbench and all the drawers
• unloaded tool boxes (so I can start other projects easier)
•  

• built desks bought from office depot

 (had a problem with dogs getting under fence)

• laid 1 foot chicken wire 1/2 on dirt and 1/2 on fence
• laid 2x4 pressure treated boards on top of the chicken wire and re-barred it into the ground 4 ft.
• top 1/2 was wire tied to the fence

  

(the city of Tualatin is putting a side walk in front of the yard)

• used a Saws-all and cut down the front yard fence

  

• removed old basket ball hoop
• dug out base for each of the 9 cement foots
• laid base boards level
• laid top boards

• Get windows cut
• remove all old windows
• putty in new windows (Jim did all this) I had issues with the putty

• Replaced door locks with security locks

• put in wire shelving above workbench

• cut out stairs from a 2x12
• placed stairs in the joists and mounted
• put stairs into place
• mounted staircase into cement floor

NEED TO

• put in support beam
• level at top of attic

• put in 8 - 6"x24' beams
• making the support beams from 4 feet to 2
• had to trim the edges of each 24 foot board then we would angle them into on corner then Becca would put all her weight in the middle and Jim and Ash would lift the beam up then Becca would get off snapping the beams into place...
• leveled the old beams by using a car jack and raising it to the level height and screwing in place

• laid plywood on the newly laid beams totaling about 800 square feet. had to cut plywood to fit where need be
• 

• tear down old wiring and replace with old wiring
• put new plugs in studio
• put new lights and outlets

• Wired in 2 florescent lights to the attic hooked them to shop light switch with there own independent switch

• Put in a 30 amp circuit to trailer
• rewired the wiring to plug

• put in 220 30 amp breaker 2 pole
• ran wire from breaker to heater
• installed 6000 watt heater

• Remove old (2 layers of old 3 tab roofing and 1 layer of cedar shingles)
• nail in all the nails
• lay plywood
• put new roof on 40 yr premium architectural
• clean up

• Removed old x-mas lights (white)
• hung new grape lights

• we drilled out where I wanted it
• Roofers cut it out and placed fan and roofed around it

• went under the floor to the media cabinet for the permanent internet connection to the media cabinet and Becca's computer

• Removed old toilet and put in new one... fairly easy no complications
• Put in a Pressure toilet (it fills a bladder inside the tank that gives a powerful flush)

• The top component of the new toilet kept running after a few days of use
• not sure the cause was, took back the old one replaced the new one. put on a stage 1 household filter to strain any partials that may of clogged components

• Had to remove hundreds of nails and screws
• lay the insulation and staple it in

• installed 4  florescent lights and hooked them to a 3 way switch

• Removed old nasty carpet
• Removed wallpaper
• Painted cement sealer on cement walls and floor
• Primed walls
• Painted walls
